Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, proprietor of the Ocean Prime brand, was seeking an agency with a unique combination of restaurant, travel, meetings and market expertise to position the fine dining venue amidst a vast array of new restaurant openings in the market and its “Restaurant Row” location among numerous direct competitors.  Ocean Prime engaged TJM Communications to manage local and MICE-market publicity and develop social media content for the Orlando location. Differentiated from other Ocean Prime locations across the country by its significant group and convention business, TJM developed strategies and storylines to target the MICE, leisure, local and private dining groups through social and earned media. The agency re-engaged local food writers and influencers, while attracting top meeting trade publications, despite the restaurant’s 10-year existence. The result of these efforts ranged from being featured in USA Today’s 10best to being named one of the top restaurants for meeting attendees in Orlando by Meetings Today and Northstar trade publications.
